PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
DEFINITION OF MIXING: The process whereby the mixture components are interdispersed so that all small
volumes of predetermined size have the same proportions as the total predetermined
limits.
THE TP mix MIXER IS DELIVERED IN:
• Carbon steel ST 37-2
• Stainless steel AISI 304
• Acid resisting steel AISI 316
• Other steel qualities according to customers whishes and demands.
In the TP mix MIXER you can:
• Add small amounts of powder (ppm)
• Add small amounts of liquid (ppm)
• Add solid fat (shortening) or liquid fat
• Add liquid with high viscosity
• Coat particles or pellets
• Agglomerate
• Add fibres.
• Etc.

VERSATILE FOR LIQUID ADDITION
The TP mix MIXER mixer allows to add liquids at much higher rates than normally
possible
The paddles movement efficiently expose all the particles to the liquid jet, obtaining
thus a uniform dispersion.
It is possible to add small or large amounts of liquid, with high or low viscosity to
powders, granules or pellets.
BUILDING CHARACTERISTICS
• Standard construction in carbon steel.
• On demand, total or partial construction in stainless steel or aluminium
• Special construction for abrasive materials with interchangeable protection
plates for casing and paddles.
• Welded execution. The head walls of the casing may be flanged
• Bearings external to the mixing chamber
• Sealings with stuffing box or, on demand, with air washing.
• Drive with gear motor and chain transmission.

On demand, we can build mixers with a useful capacity of 5000 and 8000 litres.
The mixer may be supplied like a single machine, or, on demand, provided with its
accessories for components dosing, charge and discharge equipment, dedusting., etc

• Mixing Volume:
